Additional people would be $12/person/day. One half due with
reservation - this is refundable if the house is re-rented. The
remainder is due at check in.
$200.00 refundable damage deposit.
Holiday rates apply for the 5 days over
Christmas, the 5 days over New Year's Eve, and the 10 days over
Thanksgiving/Deer Hunting. Please call for reservations.
Cleaning
the House: There will
be a $50.00 cleaning fee if the house is not left reasonably
clean. Please put dirty sheets and towels in the laundry room,
wash the dishes, and remove the garbage.

No Pets. No smoking
in the house or on the property.
